Terms and Conditions
Product lead times: Most of our products are made to order so please make sure you check the lead times in the
product description. Make sure you also allow adequate shipping time.
Wrong measurements and alterations: A complete set of measurements are taken at the time of the order, and
the garment is made according to these measurements. If the wrong measurements are given or in the case of
weight loss or gain, alteration requirements are charged separately. Where a weight loss plan, pregnancy or
illness/recovery is a factor please let us know so we can plan your garment appropriately.
Colour and fabric variation: Colour and fabric and subject to change depending on the availability. New batches
of fabric can vary from time to time.
Collection: You can collect your garments by appointment at the Mrs Rose Showroom or the garments can be
couriered to you (courier fees apply). Please ensure you are fully satisfied with the item when collecting it.
Changes after completion will incur further charges.
Clients are seen strictly by appointment. Please bring appropriate underwear and shoes to fitting
appointments. Only 1 fitting per client is included in the cost, further fittings and time will be charged.
Returns: If you have purchased an item without any custom embroidery or an items that is not custom made to
your measurements you are welcome to a store credit or exchange, we do not offer refunds.
We will approve an exchange or refund if we deem items to be faulty, but not if the damage is caused by the
client. Items must not be worn, altered, washed and be free of any make-up, stains, spray tan residue, pet hair or
dirt marks.
In the event of an item that an exchange needs to be done, the customer is liable for the arrangement of the
courier to return the item for exchange and will be liable for the courier costs to receive the new garment.
If you have ordered a custom dress made to your measurements, your order cannot be cancelled.
If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you (or if a purchase is missing any items), please notify us and we
will collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we
will, at your choice, deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available); or
credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 7 days of the return. The refund will always be
paid using the same payment means you used to pay for your purchase.
Shipping: Local Shipping within South Africa is charged at a flat rate of R99. Our products are shipped from
Johannesburg and delivery times may vary depending on location.
Delivery lead time is 1-3 working days, with the exception of outlying areas which may go up to 5 working days.
During sale periods, dispatch times may increase, and shipping transit may take up to 4 working days.
At Mrs Rose, we make use of The Courier Guy or Aramex to ship all our packages. They are one of the most
recognized and well-known courier services in South Africa and they offer a great service.
Please make sure that the shipping address provided is correct. We will not be held responsible for parcels going
missing because we have not received the correct address.
Agreement of Sale: An agreement of sale in respect of a Product between the Company and you can only come
into effect if and when a Credit Card authorization is received by the Company from the issuing bank or when the
Company’s bank statement reflects your payment via EFT, and the order has been invoiced. The Company
reserves the right to:
-Refuse to accept and/or execute an order without giving any reasons, and
-Cancel orders in whole or in part in its sole and absolute discretion.
Warranties: To the extent that the Products are altered contrary to the instructions, or after having been
delivered to the delivery address stipulated by you the Products or property in which the Products are installed
have been subjected to misuse or abuse, the Company and/or manufacturer of the Products will not be obliged to
honour any warranties applicable to such Products. Warranties do not apply to ordinary wear and tear. Warranties
do not apply to any products currently listed on the site.
Stock Availability: The Company cannot always guarantee the availability of stock. If we are unable to supply each and every Product
ordered or in the quantities ordered, you nevertheless agree to accept delivery and make payment for the items
correctly delivered. Stocks of all goods on offer are limited. The Company shall use its reasonable efforts to
discontinue the offer as soon as stock is no longer available.
