Is there a store we can come and try on the dresses?
We have a Showroom in Fourways, Johannesburg and are available by appointment only. We normally do appointments on Friday’s (08:00 – 16:00) and Saturday’s (09:00-14:00) but can make a plan to help you on other days also.

Can you make the dress in my colour palette?
Yes, all our dresses can be made in your colour palette. We can source fabric and send you options available.
Can you make me a custom dress from a picture?
At the moment we only focus on our catalogue silhouettes and patterns. We unfortunately don’t focus on making custom dresses from images. You can however select similar items from our catalogue. Please note the items in our catalogue can be altered slightly like adding a sleeve, changing a crop top to a bodysuit or swopping out the top and bottom of dresses. Please email us and we will confirm the small changes. All our items are hand made to your measurements and we can source fabric as per your colour palette.

Do I have to order online or can I do an EFT?
Of course you can EFT us. You can email or WhatsApp us to get a quotation or invoice and we will send you our banking details.
I’ve placed my order, what now?
You will receive an email with an update on your order once we start processing it. In this email we will communicate the estimate date your order will ship.
Please carefully read the estimate lead time in the description of the product to know the lead time (excluding shipping time).
We use The Courier Guy and Aramex to courier our packages. The estimate lead time is between 1-2 days for major cities and outlying areas 2-4 days.
Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number.

I received a Mrs Rose Gift card, how do I use it?
To use an electronic gift card look up the unique gift card code that was sent via email. At the time of checkout enter the gift card code to apply the gift card amount to your order.
I've selected local pick up at check out, what now?
We will sent you an email once we receive your order and we will arrange a pick up time. Local pick up only by appointment.
What is the shipping cost?
Local Shipping within South Africa is charged at a flat rate of R99. For orders over R1500 we offer free shipping. For any international shipments, please send us an email to receive a custom quote.
How long will it take for my order to be made?
We make most of our items to order. You can read in the description of each product to see the unique lead time.
Most of our readymade items have a 2-6 working day lead time from the date the payment is received in our account (excluding shipping lead time). Readymade items are products that are available in sizes like our robes, our garters and accessories)
Pre-Order items have a lead time of 15-20 working days, excluding shipping lead time. Pre-order items are bridesmaids, items sourced in your colour palette or made to your measurements. *Please read the description of the items for more details on the lead time.
For all personalised product orders (e.g. embroidery and vynal printing), we have a 10-15 working day lead time (excluding shipping)
If your order is urgent, kindly contact us info@mrsrose.co.za before ordering to see if we can accommodate your deadline.

My measurements have changed or I have given the wrong measurements , what now? (Custom items)
Please let us know as soon as possible before we’ve started with the garment if the wrong measurements were given. Our beautiful custom garments are made according to the measurements. If the wrong measurements are given or in the case of weight loss or gain, alteration requirements are charged separately. Where a weight loss plan, pregnancy or illness/recovery is a factor please let us know so we can plan your garment appropriately.
I am coming for my final fitting, what can I bring with?
Yay we are so excited to see you in your beautiful garment! Please bring the underwear and shoes with that you would like to wear with your dress. It’s also best to come without make up to avoid staining your new favourite item.
